Please send us a current fight photo!
Photo must be recent fight photo.
No 'family' photos, in groups, or shown with alcoholic beverages, etc.
Please make sure the photo is of a higher resolution or a larger photo and
preferably a "head and shoulders" photo without a lot of background.
"Thumbnail" sized photos will not be accepted. The photos will
be posted with your registration and also on your fighter's pass.
Please e-mail your photo to the
Administrative Office!
Steps to
complete for registration:

1-Fill in form below.
Please do not leave any field blank. Use "N/A" instead of leaving it
blank.

2- Read disclosure at the
bottom before submitting.

3-After submitting form, remit
registration fee through paypal, personal check, or credit card over phone.
Note: Registration will not be complete (nor spot in division reserved) until
payment has been received.

4-Upon Completion of
registration, please submit fight photo by emailing it to the
TBA-SA
