Steps to
complete for registration:

1-Fill in form below.
Please do not leave any field blank. Use "N/A" instead of leaving it
blank.

2- Read disclosure at the
bottom before submitting.

3-After submitting form, remit
registration fee through paypal, personal check, or credit card over phone.
Note: Registration will not be complete (nor your spot in division fully reserved) until
payment has been received. We request that you make your payment within one week
of registering or your spot may be forfeited unless you contact us regarding

4-Upon Completion of
registration, please submit fight photo by emailing it to the
TBA-SA
Administrative Office.
Step Three:
Registration Fee: $35 USD per fighter + $50 Late Fee.
Registrations will be accepted March 3 thru June 15.
Any registrations fees paid between June 15thand July 4th will include a late fee of $25 USD (total of $60 USD)
Registrations will be accepted
after July 5th, until 3:00pm on the day of weigh ins, but a late fee of $50
will be assessed. (Total of $85 USD)
The Early Bird
Registration discount has ended.

call 712-304-0456. A processing fee of $5.00 will be added.
If you are mailing your payment or
calling your payment in over the phone, please continue on to the
photo submission page to submit your fight photo, which is the
final step required in completing your registration.
