When purchasing the passes, if you are entitled to complimentary passes,
please do not include those in the total.
You will receive the complimentary passes, when you pick up your paid passes.
WHO CAN PICK UP?
ONLY Trainers can pick up Corner Passes
Unless you send an email naming a proxy.
WHEN CAN YOU PICK THEM UP?
Thursday 1:00pm - 5:00pm Please have your fighters visit the Vendors in the Atrium while you are picking up your passes.
This will prevent the line from becoming excessively long and causing crossover confusion
with the fighters going through their check in process.
If you are not able to be present between 1:00-5:00,
please send an email appointing a proxy to pick up your passes.
EVERYONE picking up passes must have a PHOTO ID.
We will not sell Corner Passes at any other time during the weekend.
Please do not be upset with door staff for following our rules.
If you have fighters fighting, then there is someone on Thursday
to pick them up if you can't make it.
HOW MUCH ARE THE CORNER PASSES?
Corner Passes are $35 each in advance, if paid by Friday, June 15th.
$40 June 16 thru Check In. Cash preferred as we dont always have reliable internet connection for a card slider. There is an ATM in hotel foyer.
One pass will allow admission for all three days and into all warm up areas.
The passes are a wristband that MUST stay on all weekend.
DO NOT CUT OFF YOUR WRISTBAND!
NO REFUNDS ONCE PURCHASED.
**CORNER PASSES ARE FOR CORNERS ONLY**
They are not for fighter's family, other gym members, etc.
We have discovered corners also trying to share their wristbands. PLEASE be respectful and abide by the rules. If a team is caught dishonestly using the wristbands, all bands will be taken away and the corners will be not allowed into the pit area or spectator area for the remainder of the event.
Passes are allocated by the number of fighters competing on a team:
Trainer with 1-3 fighters, can purchase up to 3 passes (for corners ONLY!).
Trainers with 4-6 fighters, will receive 1 complimentary pass and can purchase up to 3 additional passes (for corners ONLY!).
Trainer with 7-9 fighters, will receive 2 complimentary passes and can purchase up to 3 additional passes (for corners ONLY!).
Trainers with 10 or more fighters, will receive 3 complimentary passes and can purchase up to 3 passes (for corners ONLY!).
The online option has now expired. You may pick up your corner passes at Check ins from 1:00-5:00pm
We will not be selling corner passes after Thursday. All trainers are required to pick up their passes and check in from 1-5pm on Thursday.
