PLEASE use the host hotel instead of neighboring hotels!
Using the host hotel helps us keep the ballroom rental low, which allows us to keep the registration fees lower.

If you definitely want to stay at the host hotel, book your rooms early!
Last year there was a long waiting list by the end of March!

IF the hotel is full, the hotel staff will put your name on a waiting list and then call when rooms become available. Last year there were almost a dozen rooms still available the day of weigh ins and no one left on the waiting list.
There are ALWAYS drops and cancellations, so if you're on their list, you will get a room! 
The other hotels in the area only require cancellation by 6pm the day of reservation. If you need to, make a reservation at a nearby hotel but check back at the Venue the morning of weigh ins. You will still be able to cancel your reservation at the other hotel.
