FRIDAY ELIMINATION BOUTS: Begin at 2:00pm
Fighters are responsible to keep track of tournament progress and if not present by bout start, you WILL forfeit your fight!

bulletBouts begin: First round eliminations  of 8 person brackets first, followed by 7 person brackets.
bullet POSSIBLE -- we may also include first round eliminations of 5 & 6 man brackets. This will be announced on Thursday after weigh ins.
bulletWill end at approximately 7:30pm.

SATURDAY ELIMINATION BOUTS: Begin at 9:00am - PROMPT!
Fighters are responsible to keep track of tournament progress and if not present by bout start, you WILL forfeit your fight!

bulletBouts begin: IF we did not include first round eliminations of 5 & 6 man brackets on Friday night, we will start with these first.
bullet Followed by second round elimination rounds of 8 man, 7 man, 6 man, 5 man, 4 man and then 3 man.
bullet Brief lunch break at approximately 1.
bulletWill end at approximately 6:00pm.

MUAY THAI "MINGLE" in ATRIUM: Saturday, July 7th at 8:00pm -?  A chance for all attendees and staff to socialize and relax!

SUNDAY CHAMPIONSHIP BOUTS: Begin at 9am - PROMPT!
Fighters are responsible to keep track of tournament progress and if not present by bout start, you WILL forfeit your fight!

bulletALL Championship bouts will take place on Sunday.
bulletBouts begin: order will be posted on bracket sheets.
bulletWill take a short break at approximately 12:30pm.
bullet Grandmaster Chai presents rank advancements to TBA Instructors at return of break. Fights will begin immediately after.
bulletWill end at approximately 6pm.

*If in championship bout, and flying out, make sure we have your travel information by the end of the day on Saturday. If you do not tell us until Sunday morning, we will not rearrange the line up! NO Exceptions!  Please do not book your flights before 2pm.

** Hotel will be offering a Breakfast Buffet
Saturday from 6am-8am and Sunday from 6am-9am.
Fresh Fruit (bananas, apples, oranges); Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Bacon, American Fried Potatoes, Biscuits and Gravy, Assorted Muffins & Scones, Milk, OJ, & Coffee.  
Only $8!

TEAM TROPHY POINT SYSTEM:

+1 point = each fighter that has made weight in registered bracket.
+1 point = each elimination bout won
+2 points = each championship bout won
 -1 point = showing up unprepared for fight

(i.e. improper shin guards, no head gear, no thai shorts)
-1 point = handwraps not signed
-2 points = negative sportsmanship of fighter
-3 points = negative sportsmanship of trainer

Team at end of Championship bouts on Sunday
with highest points will receive “Team Trophy”.
