Fighters will receive fighter's pass at rules meeting.  If you miss the meeting, you will not have your pass.
No pass. No Fight!
NO EXCEPTIONS!

Mandatory Rules Meeting:
6:00pm SHARP!

ALL fighters, corners, and trainers MUST be at rules meeting.

Elimination Fights Begin Promptly!

Sunday, June 5th
78 Championship Belts Awarded! Elimination Fights Continue

Championship Fights Begin

Short Break approx. 3:00pm
Fights should be done at approx 6pm

 Please do not book your flights before 5pm.
If you have no options, let us know and we will try to adjust the championship fights, if you are in one.

Saturday from 6am-8am and Sunday from 6am-9am.

SATURDAY ELIMINATION BOUTS: Begin at 8AM - PROMPT!
Fighters are responsible to keep track of tournament progress and if not present by bout start, you WILL forfeit your fight!

bulletBouts begin: 8 person brackets first, followed by 7 person brackets, 6 person brackets, and so on
bullet There will be NO breaks between first and second elimination rounds.  Be ready to go!
bulletSecond Elimination bouts will follow.  Will start approximately 3pm.

SUNDAY ELIMINATION BOUTS: Begin at 8AM - PROMPT!
We will finish up elimination bouts, take a very short break then start on Championship bouts.

SUNDAY CHAMPIONSHIP BOUTS: Begin at approximately 10:30AM
Fighters are responsible to keep track of tournament progress and if not present by bout start, you WILL forfeit your fight!

bulletBouts begin: order will be posted on bracket sheets.
bulletWill take a very short break at approximately 2:30pm.

*If in championship bout, and flying out, make sure we have your travel information by the end of the day on Saturday. If you do not tell us until Sunday morning, we will not rearrange the line up!

TEAM TROPHY POINT SYSTEM:

+1 point = each fighter that has made weight in registered bracket.
+1 point = each elimination bout won
+2 points = each championship bout won
 -1 point = showing up unprepared for fight

(i.e. improper shin guards, no head gear, no thai shorts)
-1 point = handwraps not signed
-2 points = negative sportsmanship of fighter
-3 points = negative sportsmanship of trainer

Team at end of Championship bouts on Sunday
with highest points will receive “Team Trophy”.
